A final Merry Christmas to all and a happy, prosperous, healthy and slender 2010 and beyond!  

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you back on point?  Tis the seasone is done for another year.  That fat chick (or dude) is singing!  Its time to get back on the straight and narrow towards the body you've been working for.  Throw out the left overs, the treats, etc that are not wl friendly.  Don't hide them in the feezer like you won't be in there defrosting and nibbling.  No more "free" days.  Pour the booze down the sink (Did that come from me?).  Get with the program people.

Vits and water all good for yesterday.  I got in over an hour of cardio but no strength.  I held the calories in check too.  

I recorded my  food intake but deliberately did not calculate the day's deficit.  I'm trying to relax and appreciate this journey.  Since I worked out and I never eat more than the rmr of my goal weight for a sedentary lifestyle, I know there is a deficit. 

The scale remains about 5 lbs up.  I just have to learn to appreciate the non scale victories.  Begrudgingly.  This weekend I cleared my closet of all the bottoms that were bigger than a size four.  I may be the heaviest four on the planet, but this time last year I was an 18w in the same brands and styles.  My largest item of clothing is now a size ten.  I have just two size ten dresses that still fit well.  

Appreciate the journey... Appreciate the journey... Apreciate the journey...  Deep breath, and release.

I did O****il last nite when I took my minister to see her husband and she wanted some Wataburger and I got a chocolate shake. OH trust me I paid for it dearly.

I'm back on track today vitamins taken and 32 oz of H2O already down and working on another 16 oz. Food choices for today are a lot better than yesterday. Trying to stick to high protein today.(modified version) All is well in my world so far today.

The spur of the moment calories are the hardest to control.  You're back on track today and that's what matters most.

Howdy!

I'm striving for perfection! I have all of my doc appointments lined up so I can see exactly what's going on with me. I kind of feel like I've lost my way. I don't know what vitamins I should take daily and I suck at calorie counting (which I need to do). Overall, I guess I'm looking to find out that at this stage of my journey...........what should I be doing, eating, vitamins, etc. Just trying to find my way back home.

I was up this morning at 5:30 a.m. and I was able to get a full hour work out on............I loved it. I actually had the hubby working out with me so that was great motivation! I've been eating all morning.......

B ~ Chicken/Broccoli Quiche then I had cocoa mixed with coffee and a shot of protein. lol :)

Now, off to lunch because I'm still hungry. Today I plan to get my vits in and at least 64 oz of water.

You are making good use of that home gym.   I so wish I had a basement right now. 

I also need to talk about how to do this thing at my next follow up.  The appointment is booked but I've got to get the labs done.  I've had the talk before so I don't expect much but I am doing my research.  These pounds will come off.

I've cleaned out the cupboards and fridge and restocked with healthy choices.  The shock waves are still being felt through the family.  Some sad little faces (husband and daughter) are milling around the kitchen in the evening looking for some sweet snack , but they're beginning to get over it.  They are reaching for the fruit more often and my daughter is eating her yogurt daily again as well.   So we're getting there.  

I'm back on track with not only protein, water and vitamines, but with food tracking and journaling as well.  The only area that I still have not jumped back into is exercise due to a back injury that hit me on Saturday.  Once I am healed, back to the gym.

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

That pantry is a major hurdle.  When the entire family is home its hard to stay on point with all the stuff that ends up in the cupboard.  Glad the family is getting on board.

Even though I am off work today AND my period started - I was in the gym at 5:30!!!!  Full body weights and a lil cardio- protein shake directly afterward.

Chilling at the house for the day - no BS eating for me - and trying to kill another gallon of tea today.

Took all my vitamins too. 

As for weight - I picked up 3lbs in one day - no doubt bloat due to TOM.  So I'm not tripping.  I can feel a difference in my body and my clothes are feeling different on me - in a good way - so I know I am on the right track!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You are good especially when you did not have to leave the house.  I've been late to the gym for a week.   I'm going to get it right tomorrow.
